There's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to mental health support. Some people need a consistent one-on-one space. Some families need tools to use at home. Some do best in community. Most of us are figuring it out as we go.

Individual Sessions

Whether you're supporting a child who's struggling, a teen navigating something hard, or an adult who's finally ready to make time for themselves — individual sessions are shaped entirely around what you need.

Who this is for:

Children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, big life transitions, emotional dysregulation, trauma, or just a season that's been harder than expected.

Session length: 50 minutes

Frequency: Weekly or biweekly 

Format: In-person or telehealth

Family & Caregiver Support

Because the people doing the supporting need support, too.

Family and caregiver sessions are designed to give you practical tools, a place to process, and a little breathing room.

Who this is for:
Parents and caregivers supporting children or teens through behavioral challenges, mental health diagnoses, school struggles, or family transitions like divorce, grief, or a new sibling.

Session length: 50 minutes

Format: In-person or telehealth

Group Offerings

There's something that happens in a room full of people who get it. The exhale. The recognition. The realization that you're not the only one. Our groups are small, intentional, and designed to create that exact feeling.

Groups run on a seasonal basis and cover topics like emotional regulation, social skills, caregiver support, and more. 

Who this is for:
Children, teens, and caregivers looking for community, skill-building, and shared experience in a low-pressure group setting.

We often send out our newsletter with news and great offers. We will never disclose your data to third parties and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free samples. As a retailer, we buy all magazines from their publishers at the regular trade price. However, you could contact the magazine’s publisher directly to ask if they can send you a free copy.

No, you don’t have to create an account. But there are a few advantages if you create an account.

No, we don’t have a physical store location at the moment. We accept only orders through our online shop and we’re shipping all orders with the Swiss Post Service. Please visit our shipping section for more details.
